Friend and neighbours are having treatment at the Christie we lost Kathy a few years ago to cancer and it’s something that’s affecting more and more people so in 2022 I have lots of events planned. 

Stating the year off in January with central lancs half Marathon March is 2 up duathlon with Sanjay.Then I will be running Manchster marathon in april and a sprint triathlon. Then I will be doing an olympic triathlon in may i will be doing the tour de manc bike ride which is 120 miles through 10 boroughs of greater manchester. In june i will be doing Ironman hamburg a 2.4 mile swim 112 mile bike ride then a marathon in 17 hour time limit. Then time to recover before wigan 10k in september then finishing the year off with Chester marathon as my London  place has been postponed till 2023 maybe I can get little man to do the mini marathon 

After feeling ok after Ironman I’ve decided to add in Wigan bike ride because why not
