After the Blackpool Marathon in 2009, I swore I would never EVER do another marathon.

Well, guess what?!

The reason is simple - The Christie Cancer Hospital. Through their research and treatment, they're helping thousands of people beat cancer - not least my mum and one of my best friends!

I want to raise a big chunk of cash to help The Christie help other people win their battles too.

This time it's London calling. The big one. As I've mentioned, motivation on the day won't exactly be a problem. But seeing your donations and messages on here will really help push me through some miserable mid-winter slogs while you're enjoying your Sunday roasts.
