On October 13th the Group is meeting at Haxby Cycles in Haxby at 4am, then driving to Horton-in-Ribblesdale to begin the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge walk. They are happy for anyone to join them!

The Yorkshire Three Peaks route is 24½ miles (38.6km), taking on the peaks of Pen-y-ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough, usually in this order, and in under 12 hours. These peaks form part of the Pennine range, and encircle the head of the valley of the River Ribble, in the Yorkshire Dales National Park.
