I love being active in the great outdoors with family and friends. I keep fit walking my dog, gardening, and snowboarding. I also really enjoy cycling, so I have decided to challenge myself by taking on the London to Brighton bike ride this year! The route goes through some beautiful English countryside,  so for me and my chosen charity, it's a win-win!

I have chosen to support the Head & Neck Cancer Foundation with my ride. HNCF is an amazing little charity that pioneers groundbreaking treatments to minimise the magnitude of cancer surgery. Head and neck cancers can affect anyone - young and old.

Please help me hit my target and support this superb charity which saves lives.
