Every year me, and the few of the guys, do something for charity. With hundreds of miles under the belt on bikes including completing the C2C and C&C routes, this years challenge is an Olympic Triathlon in Liverpool.

Consisting of...

• 1.5 km swim
• 40 km bike ride
• 10 km run
  

... the challenge will take us anything from 3 to 6 hours and is a punishing experience even for athletes, so you can only imagine how this bunch of middle aged pub goers (sorry guys) is feeling about the task ahead.

Every pound you can spare is gratefully received and will help drive all of us to the finishing line. THANKYOU!
