For the last two years I've raised money for The BHF by riding with Team Painkillers on their three day London to Paris and London to Brussels rides.

This year Karl Scotland of Rally Software has presented me with this amazing full Rally cycling strip.

Team Painkillers are not doing a three day-er this year so in the spirit of Lean/Kanban I'm keeping batch sizes small and doing three one day rides rather than one large ride.
