My name is Claire and I'm doing a Snowdon walk to raise awareness for Dudley mind, I'm trying to raise as much as possible for this amazing charity, that's very close to my heart, we all need a little help now and then. please join me or make a donation and show your support, thankyou to you all.

About the charity

We help people who have mental health problems through self management courses, peer support groups, horticulture, physical and other activities as well as offering advice and information. We also work to prevent mental health problems through our workplace and other training.
