Thank you so much for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
Many of you know that I started to enter running races when I lost my Dad in 2013 as running was my way to grieve. Running is now what I love but I have decided to embark on new adventures over this next 12 months to raise funds for 4 local children's charities; Brainwave, Warrington Youth Club, Hand on Heart and SASSY.
1947 kilometres is my target to mark the year my Dad was born. The biggest part of this will be me cycling from London to Paris in September 2017. At the moment I don't even own a bike so this part will be interesting and require a lot of training!
I am also taking part in my first marathon in the magical Manchester in April 2017 and may surprise you all with some other new disciplines added to my resume over the next 12 months.
Every penny really does count: I will be paying for my own kit, entry fees, transport, training, etc.to all of these events so every penny that you sponsor me will go to these very worthy causes.
Thank you for reading the novel above, if you would like to know anything at all about this challenge, please give me a call.
