I was finally diagnosed with PBC in the summer of 2014 after a long 6 months of appointments etc.  

Primary Biliary Cholangitis (PBC), formerly known as Primary Biliary Cirrhosis, is an autoimmune condition that affects the liver. The immune system starts an attack on bile duct cells in the liver.  PBC has no cure and is the biggest single reason for liver transplant in adult females in the UK, accounting for almost 10% of all liver transplants on the UK.

It was a scary time but after taking time to process everything and with support I am ok with this autoimmune liver disease. I would now like to help raise some much needed funds to help with research as there is still lots to learn about the condition and raise awareness. Any donation would be greatly appreciated.
