In memory of Claire Lowe we would invite you to make a donation to Freeman Heart and Lung Transplant Association. Claire was the recipient of 2 double lung transplants (1995 and 2002), giving her an extra 19 years of life that she lived to the full.

The Freeman Heart and Lung Transplant Association provides support to patient and their families. Claire and her family received a lot of support from Freeman over the years and we are very grateful.
