Story
We, Peter & Suzanne Jones (Managing directors of Cleaned With Care Ltd) found ourselves in a world we didn’t know existed when our son Cameron had complete cardiac collapse at just 13 days old.
Cameron was retrieved on full life support from Stoke Mandeville Hospital To The Paediatric Intensive Care Unit at Southampton General Hospital - 88 miles from our home.
Cameron spent 35 nights on full life support in PICU and a total of 49 nights in Southampton General Hospital he was deemed well enough to continue his recovery at John Radcliffe Hospital, Oxford - closer to home for us.
We stayed in the 53 bedroom Ronald Mcdonald House which is on the hospital grounds for the 49 nights in Southampton - Accommodation which gave us a valuable home from home where we could sleep, eat and clean our clothes while meeting other families going through similar ordeals.
Peter & the team at Cleaned With Care Are Abseiling the spinnaker tower in an effort to raise valuable funds so that even more families can benefit from a home from home while they have critically ill children.
