We are a group of 21 who are running the Newbury inflatable 5k to help raise money for Worcestershire Animal Rescue Shelter. We are a group of fitness fanatics and also some who are trying to build their fitness up. What a great, fun way to get fit and to raise money for a small, independent animal charity, who do great work with dogs, cats and hens.

WARS rehomed over 220 dogs and cats in 2017 and are on course to rehome more this year. The task is never ending and every penny raised will go to helping them continue their hard work in caring for as many animals as possible. Ultimately finding them their forever homes. They receive no government funding or lottery support, surviving on the generosity of the public.
