We're running the Brighton 10K for Dementia UK! 

In loving memory of Alan (Grandad, Dad, Father-in-Law), a very special man who lived with Dementia & Alzheimers. We wanted to take this opportunity to give back and fundraise for this amazing charity. We know we aren't alone when so many families are affected each year.

Dementia UK is the specialist dementia nurse charity. Admiral Nurses, provide life-changing care to families affected by all forms of dementia, including Alzheimers disease. The work of these nurses allows for individuals to be independent for longer.
