Being an ex service man  and having served in various war zones, I have seen the effects of conflict on soldiers and there families and have lost friends during these conflict.

The British legion has been there for these people and I have seen first hand how they support injured soldiers and there families. Therefore I want to help raise awareness and funds available to the Royal British Legion.

I am not a cyclist and the most I have ever cycled is 10 miles, so this will be a huge challenge for me. But the ultimate measure of a man is not where he stands in the moments of comfort and convenience, it is where he stands at times of challenge and controversy.
