Having lost people close to me due to poor mental health I have decided that I would like to challenge myself through a sport that I have recently fallen in love with Cycling. 

I will be Cycling 250Km through the Dubai desert track Al Qudra in memory of my close friend Tony who we lost recently to suicide. 

I want to break the stigma through sport and get people comfortable talking about their mental health or managing their mental health in a more effective through sport and exercise.
