Story
There are 10 million people with hearing loss in the UK. Action on Hearing Loss provides fundamental support for people who are deaf or hard of hearing including day-to-day care and support, communication services, job opportunities and support in coping with the social stigma attached to hearing loss. They also campaign for social and legal change and raise awareness not only of the difficulties faced by those affected by hearing loss, but also to make us aware of the ways and importance of protecting our hearing.
