The Manchester Sleepout 2019
On Friday 8th November, the team at COUCH Health are
taking on the challenge of sleeping on the streets for one night. But this is just a small insight into the challenge that some have to face every night.
In 2017, Manchester had the highest number of homeless deaths.
Homelessness is still a predominant issue in Manchester, and we want to help to tackle it. If that means sleeping outside for just one night, so that others may never have to do it again – we’re ready for it.
But we can’t do this without your help.
We would be grateful if you could support us on this quest to end
homelessness, by donating in any way that you can to the Booth Centre. Every single donation is appreciated, and any contribution counts - big or small. With every penny raised, it’s a step closer to help people move off the streets and into a safe place they can call home.
And what’s more – the money that we raise on this Just Giving page,
COUCH Health will match it. Together, we could end homelessness.
1 Million Lives
We’re taking on this challenge as part of our 1m Lives campaign.
As a patient engagement agency, our purpose has always been to improve the lives of everyone. So, to stay true to our core mission, we’ve set ourselves a goal: to improve the lives of 1 million people by 2022.
It’s not going to be easy, but the mission starts here by
improving the lives of the homeless in Manchester.
