Maharashtra is the most affected region with the COVID-19 crisis in India, with more than 70,000 deaths recorded. 

So I am helping my sister's charity to support their emergency food programme in Nagpur, by walking 70 miles with Usha Patil.

Whilst the virus pays little heed to cast or creed, it is the poor who are now struggling to access food.

Women In Need can help - £20 provides a family with food supplies for two weeks.
