The last 18 months I’ve not really been good to myself,,  o gym, no training, not eating right. Now I have a month to be ready for a 10 mile obstacle course.

It’s all tall order and I am hoping to raise a few pounds for a really good cause. 

It’s tough being a kids these days and if you are LGBT you are targeted and it must be so tough.

As if growing up isn’t hard enough already.
