I was the victim of a cultic group that used the  techniques of coercive control. Having left this group I am now an organizational psychologist and podcaster exploring cults, how they work, how we can protect people and how we can balance genuine concern for freedom of belief, with the need to protect vulnerable people from exploitation and harm. My podcast is called Cult Hackers and is available on all podcast apps.

For this ride I am raising money for The Family Survival Trust to contribute to their work of supporting people, families, communities and societies abused by totalitarian cults as well as their work in the education of wider society about the risks of these groups.
