Why am I playing darts for 24 hours?

Well, I love darts, but not enough to want to play the game for 24 hours, so there must be something else.
I am a Christian bloke, and I work for CVM, and because of those two things I want to raise support and awareness of what CVM do and why.

CVM are an evangelistic charity which basically means we tell fellas about Jesus. We do that through events, resources, blogs, radio, darts and more.
We do this because we have seen men of all ages, lifestyles and nationalities discover that they can be free men because of Jesus.

Jesus might be on par with Father Christmas for you or some kind of make believe character, but the thing is Jesus was a real man and lived a life like yours and mine.

The Bible tells us that the historical Jesus, the actual man, did amazing things, (other sources outside the Bible record this info too!) and Jesus had a group of men who gave their lives for him. But the main thing was that Jesus talked about setting people free from sin, a new kingdom and giving them hope, a promise that death won’t be the end. The thing is this message , in the end, cost Jesus his life, then the world witnessed the most incredible miracle when Jesus came back from death and because of that, I have faith, like almost a billion others in this world that Jesus is the best news ever.

Personally I have been made as a new man, I still have my moments of trouble like we all do and life can be tough, but I am a new man and on a new path with my life because of my faith in Jesus Christ.
So I am throwing darts for 24 hours to raise money for CVM to continue to tell men about Jesus, to share that hope, promise and call to be free men.
