In June, i am staging the 5th edition of Cycle4Heroes. Money raised from this event, my cycle through Zambia and from my Portugese cycle challenge will go to ensure Help for Heroes are able to continue their important work with our Wounded, Sick & Injured.

in May 2019 i will be joining several others on an African cycle adventure. We will be cycling 350 miles from Lusaka the capital of Zambia to the world famous Victoria Falls. June I will be taking part in Help for Heroes signature event the Big Battlefield  Bike Ride, cycling from Normandy to Paris.Then in July I will cycle 220 miles in 3 days as part of the Goatham's, Great Kent Cycle Ride. In August I will be taking part in the Great North Bike Ride.

In Octber i will be cycling the complete length of Portugal. This is a distance of 700km and climbing higher than Mount Everest a total of 30,000ft of vertical ascent.
