On April 17^th I will be running the 31^st London Marathon for the 31^st time  (actually it's 36 as I've ran 3 doubles & 1 triple marathon on the same day).  There are now only 20 left who have run all London Marathons this so I have to keep going.  This year may be my last so I am supporting  Alzheimer's   Research Trust because as I am now a very senior citizen (74 on April 17th)  I may need their help and advice before to long.   Plus they give meaningful support on a daily basis to sufferers from this disabling ailment.

 

 

So perhaps you might like to support Alzheimer's and keep me going with my new knee. I will incidentally be tossing a pancake all the way for old times sake to commemorate my Guinness World Marathon records in '82 & '86.
