I am taking part in Run Your Age to raise funds to help Age UK give the support to older people that they need.

The people who have influenced me most in my life have been older people - Nanna Barbara, Grandad Frank, Nanna Eileen and Mrs Edwards, and I’ll always be grateful.

Please donate to my page and the funds will have help with Age UK's mission to ensure that every older person has someone to turn to, whether that is answering calls to their advice line, campaigning harder for older peoples rights and fair treatment or providing regular friendship calls to people who are desperately lonely.
