Hey folks, Thank you all for stopping by my just giving page, I will try to keep this as short & sweet as possible.

By now i'm sure you've all realized, once again i will be taking part in this years bupa great north run 2012 in memory of my close cousin Tim Lowry.

It is my pleasure to be representing MIND & TYNESIDE MIND mental well being charity once again, an organisation very dear to our family & friends.

It is my aim to have completed the bupa great north run, great edinburgh 10k, great winter run, gateshead 10k eventually stopping at the flora London marathon 2013......(if my legs will let me :p) all in hope of raising of raising as much as possible for a fantastic organisation.

All of your help & support is vital for mind to be able to keep up they're amazing work helping people in the Tyneside & other uk communities overcome mental issues & problems effecting millions of people each year.

Your good wishes & donations also make each run so much more worthwhile & provide much some needed encouragement for me crossing that finish line.
