Pretty n Pink Breast Cancer Charity

We provide practical support and assistance to help Breast Cancer Patients in N.Ireland

Charity Registration No. 102659

Story

In September of 2018 we as a family got the devastating news that Kim had been diagnosed with Breast Cancer. As a family we were devastated by this news and we knew that a tough journey lay ahead for Kim.

Kim is currently undergoing treatment after successful surgery and is tackling her illness with determination, guts and a great positive attitude. During this we have had tremendous support from family, friends and various cancer support charities. This year I have decided to run the Belfast Marathon on Sunday 5th May 2019 along with some of my friends from Albertville Harriers, and I have chosen to raise funds for Petty 'n' Pink Breast Cancer charity.

Pretty 'n' Pink was founded in 2006 by Noleen Adair Rooney and is the only registered Breast Cancer charity in Northern Ireland. Pretty 'n' Pink is operated by a small team  with the help pf volunteers from across the province. All money raised by Pretty 'n; Pink stays within Northern Ireland and is used to provide practical support to patients with Breast Cancer and their families.

We as a family,  Kim, Danny, Ainsley & Dannie would be most grateful for any small donation.
