I am running on behalf of Age UK Barnet for whom I am a volunteer. The support that the charity offers to elderly people is amazing - by helping to prevent loneliness and promote societal inclusion they make a dramatic impact to so many people's lives.

I wanted to help raise money for the charity which is why I signed up for the Royal Parks Half on Sunday April 11th 2021. This has now been moved to October with the option to do a Virtual Half on the April date. This means that I will now be doing two half marathons in 2021 - wish me luck as I'm going to need it!
