It was just a normal sunny Friday and me, nan and grandad went into his favourite café in the high street, done a little bit of shopping, went to the garden centre and back home again. Me and my grandad popped up to the local shops to get the paper and electric, everything was just fine, my grandad taking the mickey because I brought myself an ice cream and had forgot to ask him if he'd like one too, even though I already knew he would of answered no! Upon returning home, he clutched his chest and collapsed infront of me and my nan. I called immediately for an ambulance, shaking and terrified not knowing how I could help my grandad, they arrived and performed CPR, after what seemed a lifetime of waiting and not knowing, we was told by paramedics that sadly my grandad had passed away and there was nothing they could do to revive him!  My grandad, my best friend, gone in a matter of minutes! This man was my soul mate, the person who I'd run to for advice, he always knew best.
