On the 25th June 2015 I'll be flying to the other side of the world, to the lush tropical paradise island of Borneo. However, rather than treating this as a holiday, I'll be taking on a 2-day mountain climb, summiting the highest mountain in the Malay Achipelago, Mount Kinabalu (4102 m); a 2-day trekking and biking challenge through the island's jungles in extreme heat; and finally conquering the Padas River, rafting through the Borneo rainforest. 

Cramps, blisters, mosquito bites, tummy ache and extreme sweat rashes are guaranteed. 

This is a self-funded trip, so please help me shine light on Dementia, mental illness, and Prostate Cancer that affects so many people around the world. Any donation will help the Alzheimer's Society, Mind, and Prostate Cancer UK continue making a worthwhile difference to the lives of people living with these condition.
