We are raising money for the Dunmow & District Stroke Support Group because we have all been affected by friends or family who have had a stroke and this group offers a variety of activities including social support, speakers, communication support, outing and meals, games and quizzes to help members and families that have been affected. Exercise is also provided under the supervision of a qualified physiotherapist. For more information, please get in touch.
