It'll be five years in November since Toby left us. At the age of 26, Toby's death shocked so many. Completely unaware that he had a type of epilepsy, this cruel condition took him away from us in the middle of the night while he slept.

Up to 1,000 people in the UK die from sudden death in epilepsy every year. I am once again raising money for Epilepsy Research UK in Toby's memory to try to stop others going through the same.

The Great West Run is on 19 October 2014 and the following Sunday is the Great South Run which I am running with my son and daughter, Simon and Jo. The London Marathon takes place on 26 April 2015.
