3 hrs 57 mins 21 secs. I'm absolutely delighted. Thanks for all your support.
I'm running the marathon to raise funds for Richmond's Hope, a charity that supports children who have been bereaved.
This link gives an example of the amazing work they do: http://www.scotsman.com/features/Hope-springs-An-Edinburgh-project.6487983.jp.
The project was founded in 2003 after it was recognised that there was a number of children in the Craigmillar area who had been bereaved and been left without any support. Since then it has expanded to serve Edinburgh and each of the Lothians. To date we have worked with over 1200 children/young people and their families. Richmond's Hope is the only dedicated project in Scotland who work on a daily basis with children between the ages of 4 and 18 who have been bereaved. The project aims to provide a safe time and space for the children to explore their feelings and the impact of death on their lives.
Any donation at all that you can afford to make will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks for taking the time to visit the page and don't forget to tick the gift aid box.
