So this is it, the logical conclusion of my 2013 New Years Resolution & what everything's been building up to, a real genuine marathon, like what grown ups do.

Hoping to raise some vital funds for the good work that the Alzheimer's Society in helping people cope with the effects of dementia while I'm at it.  So please give generously, your support is VERY much appreciated.
