Wycombe Homeless Connection helps people across south Buckinghamshire who are homeless, or facing homelessness by:

- stopping homelessness before it starts

- reducing the harm homelessness can do

- helping find homes for people who don't have their own

- defending the rights of people who are homeless or at risk of losing their home.
