Story

For 30 years AFK / Action For Kids has been providing specialist mobility equipment, relevant education and employment support and inclusive activities for children and young people living with disability and autism. I am raising funds to support them in their anniversary year and to enable them to continue to deliver their amazing services.

On April 1st (but this is no joke!) I will be setting off on a virtual bike ride from Land's End to John O Groats. It's nearly 1200 miles in total and I will be aiming to do around 60 miles per week. In other words, to complete the ride in around 5 months or so. Follow my Blog as I take you upwards through the South West, across England and deep into Scotland. It's traditional to cycle from South to North, so I'll be starting in the South West and hoping it's warmer and drier by the time I get to Scotland! Here are links to some of our stories:
