Story

The Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) is leading a movement against suicide, the single biggest killer of men under the age of 45 in the UK.Anyone can hit crisis point. CALM run a free and confidential helpline and webchat 7 hours a day, 7 days a week for anyone who needs to talk about lifes problems.

Tom Philips, a well loved and respected member of Dallam Running club, lost a great friend due to mental health issues. As a way of raising awareness and money towards the mental health charity CALM, Tom has devised a local "Ultra Marathon" challenge. The Bay Limestone Round. https://bay-limestone-round.org.uk/

A 55mile loop around Morecambe bay taking in all the limestone summits of the area.

On the 13th June, the hardy team of Jon, Mike, Dave, Tyron and Scott will set out to be the 1st relay team to run the route.

Please help support this new challenge and CALM if you can.

Thanks
