Decided to try and do something positive between now and Christmas....

Starting today (21 October) I am going to run a minimum 5k every day for 66 days culminating on Christmas Day with the Darlington parkrun in my home town and hopefully either a Paris/Brighton Marathon in 2020.

I am running to raise funds for Prostate Cancer UK because they were there to help and support when I just needed someone to talk to in my darkest hour and their work is vitally important to help battle this cruel disease.

Running in memory of my best friend and Dad. I hope he'd be proud of me.

Any donation no matter how small, would be very much appreciated and a great motivator for me to get these 66 done.
