Story

Hi, my name is Dan and I am 9 yrs old. I love all things football and would love to play Powerchair football for England one day. Thank you for visiting my fund raising page.

I have a rare type of congenital muscular dystrophy (Ullrich).  There are less than 300 children in the world like me who have been diagnosed with UCMD. It is a progressive condition so as I get bigger then getting around will be harder.

There is currently no cure but there is hope. The support you give will go to fund research into potential cures and therapies.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

Thank you for keeping my hope alive.

Dan xx
