I’m racing in the 70.3 mile Ironman triathlon consisting of1.2 miles swim then 56 mile cycle, finishing with 13.1 mile run.

For the Chas charity that takes good care of a lifelong friends daughter. Young Bonny bridges , she has a rare form of epilepsy and needs constant care. Through the Chas charity’s Robin house in Balloch Loch Lomond .who provide great care and rest for young Bonny and also gives Gary and his partner some quality time to relax and unwind as they know Bonny is in good hands at the Robin house.
