I have set up this page in memory of Peter Heafield a true gentleman and friend. He was a devoted husband, father and grandfather. 

He was an active referee for many years, before becoming a referee tutor and mentor. He has helped countless young referees throughout their careers, giving them help and advice. He has given over forty years to football in Staffordshire.

He could also be found every Sunday giving encouragement to the Sutton Park, park runners, and was well known by his trademark shorts, regardless of the weather. Peter was also a keen golfer and loved to ride his bike.

Peter will be missed by so many people after losing out to this horrible cancer.
