My darling husband Simon died from Cancer in 2015. From beginning to end it was only 19 days. Simon was only 42 and had no symptoms at all. His illness and then his death was a huge huge shock to everyone who knew and loved him. 

Macmillan Cancer Support were only in our lives for a short time, but during this time they helped make Simon's last days comfortable and were a huge help to us, his family.

Everyday I work on an airplane and I very rarely get the chance to get off the plane, so being the daredevil I am, I've decided to jump out of a perfectly good airplane in memory of my husband for his birthday. The jump will happen on 12th May 2019, Sibson Airfield, Wansford near Peterborough at 12 Noon. If your available and want to come watch, support and laugh  your welcome...Yes I'm bonkers and I'm sure everyone will hear me scream, but one thing I have learnt, life is for living, taking chances and hopefully make a difference to someone else's life. 

The money I raise will not bring my hubby back, but I hope it will help keep those wonderful Macmillan nurses doing what they do best,  to help others in there time of need just like they helped Simon, our sons and me. Even after his passing, they were there for us. There help didn't stop the day he died. I can't thank them enough. We were so lost, shocked and heartbroken. They helped us more than they will ever know. To this day I can still call them and they will help & listen.
