Cancer Research Wales are embarking on an epic 9 day challenge of walking the Great Wall of China in a bid to raise vital funds into early diagnosis, treatment and cure of cancer.

Story

We have joined Cancer Research Wales' epic trek across the legendary new wonder of the world to support Lord Mayor of Cardiff's chosen charity.

On the 13th May 2017 we will embark on a 9 day challenge of trekking the Great Wall of China.

We have received sponsorship from a number of organisations who's logo will be displayed on our t-shirt.

Cancer Research Wales funds pioneering research right here in Wales. It's world-class and it's local. So money raised from our challenge will go directly to the team of leading scientists based here in wales. It funds their work,  helping them in the pursuit of a cure; making great discoveries in the area's of early diagnosis, better treatments and preventatives of cancer for the benefit of cancer patients globally.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
