Hi, I am affected by the PKD, I've been taking Tolvaptan for few years now. I decided to undertake this trip so that I can show to all people with my same desease that life's goes on and that we can still do what we want to do! 

Obviously unfortunately not for everyone, it's dependent of what stage you are with your situation. I so decided to donate to PKD as I've been looked after very well by every single person, in special regards to Alisa Wong from the Royal Free Hospital of London. She is always there when I need and helped me with lots of things.
