Now that we are both in our 50's, and with our competitive sporting lives behind us, we have taken to our bikes in an effort to maintain our fine physiques! Last summer we enjoyed many days out on the open roads, having fun and keeping ourselves fit. We were soon talking about how we could challenge ourselves further.

Before we knew it we had entered the RideLondon-Surrey100 - an event that would see us cycling for up to 7hrs continually!! We decided that if we were to put ourselves through this challenge, we would raise some money for a worthy cause.

So here we are, the training has started and we plan to enjoy every minute. We have chosen MacMillan Cancer Support as our charity and would really appreciate any donation.
