Our father has suffered from Parkinsons for over 15 years, so the Parkinsons UK Charity is very important to us.  We understand first hand how this illness affect the mobility and speech for these patients, causing major depression and a real reliance on family members and/or nurses for help with even the simplest of tasks that we normally take for granted.

We will be running 10k at the upcoming BUPA London 10,000 on Monday 25th May to raise a minimum on £400 for this charity.

This is a large amount but any donations you can give would be really appreciated to help Parkinsons UK.

£75 - enables a half-day Parkinson's nurse-led clinic in the community.

£200 - enables the helpline answer 15 calls to support Parkinson's sufferers.

£500 - funds a Parkinson's nurse for 25 hours.

£1000 - funds a cutting edge research project for a week.
