I have set myself this challenge to support a great local charity that do amazing things for a diverse range of communities.

I have committed to run at lands end to John o Groats in the year, 874 niles, but as if that wasn't enough I will completing David Goggins 4x4x48 challenge weekend of March 5th & have signed up to run the virtual EMF in May.

All events in their own right that would be worthy of some support, so please dig deep to help me raise as much money as possible for this great cause.
