Story

Hi!

My name is Haider, i'm a GP in central Manchester.
I am trying to raise some much needed funds for the Royal Children's Hospital whilst inspiring people to 'take more exercise'.

Now more than ever we recognize that our physical health, particularly obesity puts us at increased risks of various illnesses including poor outcomes from Covid19.

The Royal Children's hospital do incredible work and i have chosen to raise some funds for them.

Ramadan for me is more than just 'not being allowed' to eat or drink, it is about a 'detox' , about being more disciplined and focused.

I have therefore chosen to do 10,000 steps a day throughout the month of Ramadan as well as do 1 gym session a day.

Your support both monetary and otherwise is welcome!

Thank you!
