Helen and Douglas House are a charity based in Oxford that provide care for children and young adults who are terminally ill. 

I decided to use the space on the front of my cap to raise awareness, and hopefully money, for a great cause. Helen and Douglas House was an obvious choice for me, as it’s a local charity, and they look after children and young adults. I found visiting the House fascinating. Having had an entirely healthy childhood, and having never suffered any painful personal losses in my life, my eyes were opened to some of the truly fantastic, and generous care that is out there for people who need it most. 

It is a brilliant charity and myself and the House would be hugely grateful for any donations made.
