I have decided to run the Edinburgh Marathon in support of Prostate Cancer UK. Prostate cancer directly impacts 1 in 8 men in the UK, with an even larger proportion of the population becoming devastated with its impact on fathers, grandfathers, and friends to name a few.

Prostate cancer is a cancer that has taken the life of my Papa in 2017. It is for this reason that I am dedicating my first marathon to my Papa and all of those affected by it.

Prostate Cancer UK is a charity that raises awareness, funds research and provides support in order to help battle Prostate Cancer.
