Here we go again.......

After successfully summiting Mt Snowdon in April following a spinal Cord injury, the time has come to up the anti. I will be joining the Restart Rugby Alpine Challenge in an attempt to scale all 10000ft of Mt Buet in Switzerland. At three times the height of Snowdon this will be both figuratively and literally my biggest challenge to date.

The importance of Restarts often unseen work on injury, transition and mental health could hardly be overstated. They have supported and continue to support not only me but countless others going through challenging times in their lives. Whether it be career ending injuries or depression they are our life line as players.
